For clients seeking permanent residence based upon an offer of employment, our office reviews the individual's educational background and employment experience to assess whether the individual may qualify for an immigrant visa as a multinational executive or manager, as an individual of extraordinary ability, through a national interest waiver, or through an application for alien employment certification.
